Philips' web-linking technology is an advanced, innovative approach for
business customers to link consumer products and loyalty RFID cards to
relevant, dynamic Internet services. Beginning in August 2001, we designed and developed the web-based administration
system to manage the web-linking technology Partner relationships, as well
as the client software to work with the Philips RFID MIFARE and I*CODE Pegodas
and mouse readers. We have ongoing projects with Philips to create a Partner
Development Kit, build demonstrations systems for Partners, and expand the
web-linking technology in directions strategic to Philips.

Our Role: Product Design and Implementation, Public Website, Strategic Consulting |
Corporate Smarts is a start-up venture, with a
product called Intelligent Directory, a "people search engine" that allows
employees to connect with colleagues based on skills and expertise. We developed
this new company's web site, and we are providing software development and
strategic consulting expertise to complete and refine their product as the
company prepares for market.
We were contracted by AdMedia Partners and Kistefos (Omnex
Technologies' parent company) to study the business and technology of Omnex
Technologies. In conducting this assignment, we were
able to benefit from our experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
products.
Since November 1999, we have participated in numerous projects with
Advanstar Communications and its wholly owned subsidiary, Advanstar.com.
We have conducted numerous business evaluations of potential Advanstar
business partners and acquisition targets. We have also provided
technology consulting that addresses a number of key aspects of Advanstar's
business-to-business marketplace initiative.

Our Role: Solving Strategic Problems Related to Product Technology and Positioning |
We were hired by Allen & Company to evaluate their portfolio
company Interactive Video Technologies (IVT). At that time, IVT was raising
a new round of venture investment and Allen & Company hired us to help them
decide whether or not to make a further capital investment in IVT.
During our evaluation, we conducted meetings with senior management, the
engineering staff and one beta customer. We evaluated the IVT team, product
technology, product functionality, competitive advantage and various processes.
Swarm Networks, Inc. hired us in March 2002 to design and launch
their corporate public web site to coincide with the public announcement of their
company and funding.? We worked with their existing corporate identity to
prepare a variety of choices for page design, and worked with the client's
content providers to build the site.
Z-force Communications, Inc. hired us in September 2001 to design and launch
their corporate public web site to coincide with the public announcement of their
