We helped HotDispatch improve the strength of its Oracle database implementation in a variety of ways.

In our early involvement, we analyzed and documented HotDispatch s database schema. Based on this analysis, we recommended changes to improve performance and security. As our involvement continued, we assessed the company's requirements for guaranteeing uninterrupted database availability. As a result, we investigated the Oracle Hot Standby technology and developed a detailed plan for implementing Hot Standby at HotDispatch.
