Mirapoint, Inc. produces turnkey hardware and software appliances that route, store, and provide access to Internet
messages.
Corporate Web Site
In 1998, we developed and launched this startup company's new web site to coincide with the company's
initial announcement. Our team stayed involved with the company
through numerous product launches and updates to the site. We continued to maintain the
corporate site for a year, and eventually
helped the company transition to internal resources.
Customer Support Web Site
In 1999, we expanded our
involvement with Mirapoint to develop a secure customer support web site.
This site included a system for tracking customers, and provided electronic mail feedback forms,
secure site log-ins, and back-end databases to support the site. The set
of choices available on the site, as well as the site's appearance, were
personalized depending on a user's
identity at login.
Demonstration CD-ROM
In 1999, we worked with this client to develop a narrated
demonstration CD-ROM that took a visitor on a guided tour of the company's Internet
email
appliance server products.
