As a Gold Sponsor of this event, Big Chief Partners is providing RFID-enabled conference badges to all attendees, presenters and conference managers. The RFID badges provide secure access to Conference Zone Stations that are provided by Big Chief and are available throughout the conference venue.

Each Conference Zone Station includes a Kiosk that incorporates an RFID reader. When any conference participant scans their badge on the reader, they are allowed to access the Conference Zone Application running on the Kiosk.

This application provides valuable tools for conference attendees and presenters as well as conference managers.

Attendees and presenters use the application to post messages and questions related to the conference agenda. They can also request presentation materials and participate in real-time surveys of audience opinion.

Conference managers use the application to securely issue RFID badges to conference participants and manage the database of participant information. In addition, managers review the posted messages and questions to ensure the best audience participation during the conference. Conference managers can also view reports that track application usage.
